  • Using insurance?... a few important notes:

    Please verify your benefits to ensure that I am in your network and covered by your plan/policy. It's important to ask about your copay so that you can budget accordingly. If your insurance lapses and you do not provide a new one, or if I am not paneled with your new policy, I will charge the private pay rate.

  • Private (Cash) Pay

    My rate is $175 for the initial session and $150 per regular session.

  • Cancel + Late Cancel + No Show Fees

    I understand that life can be unpredictable. If work meetings run late, a child falls ill, or there are car troubles, please let me know as soon as possible. To avoid a cancellation fee, please cancel with more than 24 hours' notice—there will be no charge for cancellations made within this timeframe. Cancellations within 24 hours are considered late cancellations and will incur a $100 fee, unless it's due to unforeseen circumstances like those mentioned. No-show appointments will be charged the full session fee of $150.

  • Other Important Information

    I utilize SimplePractice for billing, scheduling, and documentation. Prior to scheduling our initial session all intake consents, paperwork and IDs must be submitted. If you plan to use insurance for services, please provide a copy of your insurance card. A valid driver’s license and non-expired debit/credit card for payment (including HSA- if applicable), will be required. To initiate the onboarding process, please complete the inquiry form for new clients.

  • Payment is due at the time of service!

    If payment is not remitted, and there is no communication regarding special circumstances, I will not schedule another appointment until payment has been made.
