Individual Therapy- Initial Session
The Initial Session is an opportunity for us to discuss your goals, expectations, and personal history. During the first few sessions, I prioritize nurturing our therapeutic relationship alongside your treatment goals to ensure mutual understanding and alignment. This approach is crucial in determining if we are well-suited to work together effectively towards your desired outcomes.

Regular Sessions
After the Initial Session, the real work begins! I take a direct and forward approach with clients, creating a safe space where it's okay if you struggle to talk about yourself or your feelings. Therapy doesn't have to make sense right away—we'll navigate through the complexities and messiness together to uncover the roots of your trauma and/or dysfunction. Your journey will require showing up, being vulnerable, and being honest with yourself. Embracing this process is key to your growth and healing.

Completing Treatment
I would love for you to stay forever, but I understand that you have a new life to explore! Ideally, I’d like a couple of sessions to wrap things up, but if we don’t, that’s perfectly okay too. It’s also okay to pause our sessions and come back later; this is very common and allows you to take the time you need.
